I received my order, but my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. What do I do?

Someone from our team will assist you once the request is received. Please note, you will be required to provide photographic proof of the discrepancy. In some cases, we will issue a return shipping label to receive the item back before credit is given.

My order was undeliverable due to an address error, a problem with the location, or some other reason and was returned to shop. Will I be credited back for my order?

Yes, you will receive a credit via your original payment method (credit or debit card) for the cost of the item only once the order is processed and received at our warehouse. A refund for shipping will not be given.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, orders over $50.00 ship for free. Please choose that option at checkout.

Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, you can do this at checkout.

I want to ship multiple items to multiple recipients. Can I do that on one order?

No, you must place an individual order for each recipient.

I want to order multiple items for multiple recipients and receive free shipping. Will I get free shipping for my orders if I spend $50.00 total on all of my orders?

No, an order must be over $50.00 to one address to qualify for free shipping.

My order has not arrived, and it is past the estimated due date that I was given at checkout. What should I do?

Due to the shipping delays caused by the Covid-19 restrictions in some areas, please allow 30 days for your order to arrive. If 30 days have passed and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us.

I tracked my order and the ship method says that my item has delivered. However, it is not here. What do I do?

Please check around areas of your residence to see if it was placed somewhere other than your normal location. Also ask neighbors if they received your package. If you are in an apartment or a condo, check with your management office. We are not able to credit for orders that our carriers mark as delivered.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.

Can I have my order shipped to a prison or jail?

We cannot ship to a prison or jail due to the numerous restrictions placed on these types of orders.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship 3-7 day after they are placed.

I have a question/problem/issue with my order. How do I contact you?

What are your hours?

While our website is open 24/7, our agents are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST, except on major holidays. If you contact us for any reason, we will get back to you as soon as we are able. Orders ship on the next business day.

I am buying in bulk – do I get a discount?

Our products are already discounted at a great sales price. Pricing listed is final.

Is there a way to include a message to my recipient?

Yes, you can add a gift message in the “Customer Note” area at checkout. Please note, our agents cannot see this message, so contact us here instead.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

Some email providers will mark confirmation emails as spam. Please check your spam folder for your confirmation email. If you still cannot find it, please contact us.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email containing tracking information once it is available. Check your spam folder if you haven’t receive it. If you still cannot find your tracking information, please contact us.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards only. No checks, COD, or cash.

Is my information secure when I order from you?

Yes, we use a highly trusted program to process your credit card payments. Your information is not stored or visible to our agents, and we will not sell your data.

The item I want to buy is not in stock. Can you backorder it for me?

We do not accept backorders.

Can I use my international credit card to pay for my order?

No, you must pay with a credit card with a U.S. billing address, and we only ship in the U.S.

Can I use a prepaid gift card for my order?

Yes, you may use a prepaid gift card that has a Visa or Mastercard logo.

I am interested in becoming a vendor on your site. Will you carry my product?

We are not currently accepting new vendors at this time.

How do I create an account?
